How can I contact Bravexa Software?

How do I add a new property?
Go to the Properties page and click "+ Add Property." Fill in the name, address, and property type, then save.
How does AI document processing work?
Upload a receipt, invoice, or warranty document. Our AI extracts structured data and suggests records (repairs, assets, warranties, contractors). You review and confirm before anything is created.
What are predictive alerts?
PropNexus analyzes your asset age, repair history, and maintenance compliance to estimate replacement risk. Critical and high-risk assets appear on the Alerts page.
How do maintenance reminders work?
When you create a maintenance task with a due date, PropNexus sends you a notification 7 days before it's due. You can toggle these in your notification preferences in Settings.
Can I track warranties for my appliances?
Yes — add warranties from the Warranties page or link them to specific assets. PropNexus will alert you 30 days before a warranty expires.
How do I import existing data?
Go to Settings → Data & Export and click "Import Data." You can upload Excel, CSV, PDF, Word documents, or images. AI will extract your records and let you review before importing.
